Your Coaching Business... Last call...
An exciting week and a half it has been.
The Monday interview with Shirley feels as
if it was yesterday.
If you missed the interview it was recorded
and the link is included below.
A bitter sweet post...
This is a bitter sweet post as I realize that
choices will be made and not everyone will be
a part of the 9 coaches to make up the first
Coaches BUZZ project team.
Everyone that has said they are interested has
been contacted by phone (preferred method...wink!)
or by email.
A time to make introductions, answer questions,
ask questions and to just get to know each other.
What a fabulous group of coaches I have met.
THIS IS GOING TO BE A BLAST!!!
"Project BUZZ" will include 10 coaches in all.
If you didn't hear the interview then you may
not understand it was Shirley Anderson's brilliant
insight and offer that spurred the idea of
"Project BUZZ!"
Shirley runs the Coaching Salon and she is one
of those irresistible people who seems to inspire
and stir possibility in others. I've included
a link to Shirley's website toward the end of
this post.
All the pieces...it's starting...
"Project BUZZ" is an opportunity for 9 select coaches
and Shirley to work with me and the Coaches BUZZ website
to test, prove and assist in the implementation of...
- the Coaches BUZZ search engine
- the Coaches BUZZ member site
- the Coaches BUZZ business building processes
- the Coaches BUZZ collaboration tools
- the Coaches BUZZ universal content stream
...and so much more!
A business challenge...RESULTS MATTER!
The bottom line is this...the 10 coaches and their
coaching businesses will be put to the challenge
of automagically making something happen within their
coaching business through their time spent with me
and the other BUZZ coaches.
Together we will evaluate priorities and then work
to address at least one of their top priorities
using an testing a planned outlined as laid out by
me.
A personally designed outline for each...
Each personally designed outline will be tested and
proven over the following seven weeks. This will be
the beginnings of what will soon be known as the
Coaches BUZZ member site.

With that said let's get back to why I'm saying
"Last Call!"
On the Monday call I announced that 9 coaches plus
Shirley would have an opportunity to work with me
and the Coaches BUZZ one-on-one as stated above.
Now it's time to pick the team and I want you to
know...
The response has been amazing!
Needless to say the number of people asking to be a
part of "Project BUZZ" have far exceeded the 9
available spots.
Only 9 will go!
As I begin to contact each of the coaches who have
shown interest (you've either spoken with me or
received a voice mail or email) I will keep in mind
that only 9 will be selected. This selection is
critical for the case study.
You and your business can be one of the case studies!
Do you have a compelling story? Then I want to
hear it!
As I meet each of the coaches I will be looking for
a couple things...
- are they eager?
- are they really willing to work with me to test
and re-test as we go through a process of trial
and error.
- are they able and willing to provide meaningful
feedback?
- will they be willing to share their story publicly
as we move through "Project BUZZ?"
- what is their skill level? (additional thoughts below)
- do they have a vision?
- do they have a story?
- will they be "FUN" to work with?
Been there and done that...
For "Project BUZZ" to be a success the 9 coaches to
be selected will have skills ranging from "I've never
done this!" to "Been there, done that!".
Oooh, "and I bought the T-shirt!"
This will be an opportunity to grow your business and
to learn.
With that said it's time for "Last Call!"
