Momentum in Business - Trusting the process...
Your message will or will not inspire others
to act. Either way you will be asked to act...
Ready or not...
Your decision to act will either grow your momentum
or not!
It has been both my experience and observation
that in business there can come a point when
"IT" (meaning the business) or parts of "IT" begin
to take on a life of it's own.
A time when you are no longer in control of
everything.
A time for opportunity...
- It is a time when the fruits of your efforts
begin to show themselves.
- It is time for the harvest.
It can also be a time for reflection as you are
now able to look back in hind sight at the results
of your business and marketing strategies.
- Did it work?
- Was it worth it?
- What can I change?
A time to take stock in the overall effectiveness
of the business momentum you have been able
to create up to this point.
What are the results?
- New sales
- New subscribers
- New fans and supporters
- New products
- New services
Or all of the above!
No business is an island!
And no business is static!
Without action there is no forward momentum!
Over the last couple of weeks I have experienced
a wave of momentum and an opportunity I could not
have planned.
And yes, I am at a place today where I can
look back in hind sight and smile at the
wonderful people and the opportunity that
has presented itself. An opportunity that
has in part taken on it's own life.
Not a time for doubt or hesitation!
Without action the moment and the opportunity can
quickly fade!
A chance meeting...
With the support of Shirley Anderson I have
suddenly found myself in the middle of the
first launch project for Coaches BUZZ along
with 9 other coaches and Shirley.
Like Shirley I trust my intuition and more
often than not I act on it! Something that
doesn't always agree with others.
Embracing the momentum...
Earlier this week Shirley once again continued
to support the Coaches BUZZ by offering two
invitations to her subscribers...GO Shirley!
(Thank you for your support!)
Her invitations met with mixed reviews and
true to form Shirley shared "it is easier to
ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission!"
A time to act...
Although she did not ask for permission her
support and encouragement where very much
appreciated and I know well intended. So,
I thank you Shirley for taking action on
my behalf.
It's my dream...
I'm not one to get caught up in the details
and nor am I one to go looking for issues.
I tried to walk away from this dream after
a catastrophic system failure back in 2005.
Since 2005 I have not been able to silence
this project within me and so here we are...
It's time...
- I am not surprised that Shirley and I have
met as we did.
- I am not surprised by Shirley's faith and
passion for the Coaches BUZZ project.
- I am thankful for those who are eagerly
stepping forward to support and to be a part
of the Coaches BUZZ.
If you haven't joined I invite you to be a
part of the Coaches BUZZ today. An opportunity
to be a part of something bigger than either of us.
This is a global project designed to change
the face of the coaching industry and it
will do so one coach and their business at
a time.
What is your passion?
No longer will you, as a coach and an
entrepreneur, be faced with the need to
be an expert in technology or marketing!
Coaches BUZZ will provide the answers and
the how to's for you just when you need
them the most.
Now you have an opportunity to catch your
breath and to re-visit the question...
Why did I become a coach?
Maybe even more important than why is the
question...

It is all to rare to meet one so willing
to be who they are flaws and all. You
make being me easy. It is this quality in
you that is so inviting and to use your
word "seductive!"
Four points to consider...
Continue to be who you are Shirley!
No apology is needed! Your support and
faith in me is enough.
Being messy is sometimes part of the
creative process, right...wink!
Make no mistake this is just the start!
This time around I won't have time for
those who doubt or those who are lacking the
patience for something great to unfold.
The outcome for me is clear!
Coaches BUZZ is about possibility and
it is a work in progress. Something
that will always be true if it's up to me.
A place to encourage coaches to be an
entrepreneur, a dreamer, an innovator, and
ultimately one who is willing to experiment
and eager to learn in action.
A place to encourage coaches to be a part
of the bigger picture.
Support will make a difference...
Without question any all offers of support to
make the Coaches BUZZ vision a sustainable reality
is absolutely welcomed!
This project will take money, time, patience
and ultimately a commitment to something bigger
than self.
A lonely companion called isolation...
Isolation has for to long been the companion of far
to many a coach. There can be lonely periods of
doubt and struggle when working to build a coaching
business.
The Coaches BUZZ will strive to provide the global
community of coaches with...
- A place to connect!
- A place they can call home!
- A place where community is supportive!
..as each works to create an extraordinary life
and business.
A contribution to others...
While this is a for profit venture, it
is not a funded venture. I'm working to
make it happen. Without question driven by
my passion and willingness to reach out to
an often underserved and unsupported group
of individuals.
So many amazing individuals and entrepreneurs!
Working to provide an opportunity to learn and
grow at a time when their business and their
dream is most vulnerable. A time when there
may be more doubts and questions than answers.
My inspiration!
A growing group of individuals who want
to make a difference and at the same time
live their dreams. Just as they so eagerly
support others in doing the same.
